Returns

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery confirmation for eligible items. To initiate proceedings, contact our support team at support@dreenic.com. All returned goods must remain unused and be presented in original packaging with manufacturer labels intact. Return requests submitted beyond the 30-day window cannot be accommodated.

Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.

Initial Contact: Submit correspondence to support@dreenic.com detailing your order reference and return justification. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

Authorisation and Instructions: Following return approval, comprehensive shipping guidelines will be provided.

Secure Packaging Requirements: Ensure returned items are appropriately protected to prevent transit damage.

Important Notice: Customers bear full responsibility for return postage expenses.

Upon receipt and quality assessment of returned merchandise, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Standard processing requires up to 7 days. No administrative or restocking charges apply to approved returns.

To cancel existing orders, immediate contact with support@dreenic.com is essential. Whilst we endeavour to accommodate cancellation requests, approval cannot be guaranteed once order processing has commenced.

If your delivery arrives with any issues, please forward photographic evidence of the concern to support@dreenic.com. We will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
