Can I cancel or modify my order once it's been placed?
Should you require order cancellation, immediate communication via support@dreenic.com is imperative. Please note that orders which have entered processing or dispatch phases cannot be withdrawn, however returned goods policies apply post-delivery.
Do you offer complimentary delivery services?
Dreenic provides no-cost delivery services throughout Belgium for all orders.
What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders submitted prior to 16:00 CEST receive same-day processing. Submissions received after this deadline are processed during the subsequent business day.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Standard order processing occurs within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Following dispatch, delivery typically requires an additional 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
How long will it take to receive a refund after I return an item?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
